I am writing to say how impressed I was with the service I recieved from your company moving from Windsor to Spalding.

Due to unfortunate circumstances, I was only able to give 5 days notice. The two gentlemen who carried out the move worked very hard, they were very polite, friendly and helpful in what was a rather difficult situation.

I would have no hesitation in using your company again should the need arise. I would have no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone needing a removal service.

I am writing to express my gratitude & thanks to all your excellent staff for making our move go so smoothly, from Slough to North Yorkshire. All the crew arrived at exactly the expected time and I was extremely impressed by the professionalism & service they provided.

On the day of the move we had a problem with the key to the property not being available for some time, the removal team remained both patient and helpful even though they could quite understandably have been very upset, considering the length of journey they had to return home.

I do feel that the removal crew should be highly praised for their excellent work - it was definately a far greater standard than anyone could expect, they are a credit to RTS.

I would have absolutley no hesitation in recommending your services to anyone in future. if we ever move back I'll certainly be in contact.
